Cancellation Policy

In order to hold your reservation at Mae's Place, we ask for a $500 deposit (or just under 30% of your rental in peak season).

In the highly unfortunate event that you need to cancel, the amount refunded will be based upon the time remaining from the day you cancel until your check-in day (and therefore the time we have to re-rent.)

– 4 weeks or more to check-in day $500 refunded
– Between 3 and 4 weeks to check-in day $450 refunded
– Between 2 and 3 weeks to check-in day $250 refunded
– Less than two weeks to check-in day $0 refunded

We feel this sliding scale is a fair balance between the realities of vacation planning and the realities of the short PEI vacation rental season.
